Towson Area Citizens On Patrol and Police and Community Relations council are planning a mini-seminar on September 26, 2017 7:00PM to help residents understand what to do if they are in a place where there is an active shooter.
Monthly TACOP meetings are open to all interested in COP programs in Towson area. Begin at 7:00pm. Location: Baltimore County Police Outreach Station, 1055 Taylor Ave, near Loch Raven Blvd. Entrance for 1055 Taylor faces Taylor ave. The building is across the parking lot from the Bowling ally. We meet every first Tuesday except August and December.
Tour of Crime Lab Open to the Public – RSVP Required
Police and Community Relations Council, Precinct 06, offers a very interesting hour long tour for the public to attend. The Baltimore County Police Headquarters Building at 700 E. Joppa Rd. It is that tall mirrored building that we all know and love! Children under 14 need to be escorted.

TACOP’s Mischief Night is on October 30th, the night before Halloween. This year Oct 30th is a Monday. COP patrollers from all over Towson gather at 1055 Taylor Ave about 6:00pm. Food is served. COP volunteers mingle and chat. Formal group photo is taken about 6:45pm. Then we go off to our neighborhoods to patrol. COP patrollers carry a cell phone so they can call in to a special number if there is major mischief.
We also collect gloves, scarves, hats and jars of peanut butter for shelters. Please don’t forget to bring your donation. THANK YOU.
