Baltimore County Councilman David Marks announced 5/31/17 that three Citizens On Patrol units in the Fifth District will be receiving Community Crime Prevention and Youth Activity Grants.

The Anneslie Community Association in Towson will receive $400 to erect street signs.

The Perring Park Community Association in Carney will receive $1,110 to assist with National Night Out and pay for safety vests, magnetic car signs, and other equipment.

The Ridgeleigh Community Association in the Towson/Loch Raven area will receive $880 to pay for National Night Out and equipment such as flashlights and car signs.

“Baltimore County has one of the strongest Citizens on Patrol organizations in Maryland,” Councilman Marks commented.  “These volunteers help our police by watching for suspicious activities, and I am happy that three local organizations will benefit from this grant program.”
